- Tools to solve direction doubts and implement Scrum in a team.
- Techniques to achieve more productive meetings.
- Product launch in Scrum, from vision to backlog.
- Estimation and planning tools. Track progress.
- Visual management: how to foster self-organizing teams through transparency and trust.
- Agile product development technical practices.
- Overview of scaling Scrum across multiple teams.
Designed for members of a development team in which Scrum is being used. Team leaders who want to improve the way they work and delegate.
The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is developed in an interactive, dynamic and practical way using real examples and addressing situations of the participants. This course will be taught entirely online.
Trainers:
Adrián Perreau de Pinninck
19 years of professional experience. Consultant and trainer in startups and Fortune 500 companies. Doctor in Artificial Intelligence from the CSIC, graduated with the Executive Development Program at IESE Business School and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from the Scrum Alliance. He is a regular speaker and facilitator at international conferences, and also a master’s degree professor at Ramon Llull University: at La Salle and ESADE.
Certification:
After completing the course, participants will be eligible for the online exam that leads to the certification of Certified Scrum Master of the Scrum Alliance (the highest Scrum authority worldwide), as well as a two-year subscription to the Scrum Alliance.
