ACADEMIC TRAINING AND TRAJECTORY
For 20 years I have been interested in modern business management models. So, since 2012, I work as an organizational consultant.
I have dedicated myself to coaching and training small and large companies. Some of which appear on the Fortune 500 list. These organizations are dedicated to disparate market sectors: advertising, tourism, aerospace, pharmaceutical, ICT or automotive.
I regularly participate in lectures and talks.
Agile Spain Conference (CAS) on 8 occasions
Global Scrum Gathering on 4 meetings
An edition of Agiles
Facilitator SoCraTes collaborator in Spain since its first edition in 2016.
I am a Master’s professor at the Ramon Llull University and at ESADE, training more than 1,000 people in Scrum and Agile methodology.
In addition, I am a Doctor in Artificial Intelligence, Certified Scrum Trainer by the Scrum Alliance and I have completed the Management Development Program at IESE. I have managed projects from applied research to change management in large companies, with an emphasis on quality and innovation.
Who is Adrian?
I could say that the inspiration of who I am today and what I do, I owe to my grandfather and our history. He inherited a 12th century farmhouse that had belonged to the family for generations. Because he was a very progressive person, he decided to allow the farmers to manage themselves. But the result was such poor financial management that it ended in the sale of the property, leaving its mark among the chronicles of my relatives.

“CULTIVATING HEALTHY ORGANIZATIONS THAT LAST”
After university, I had the opportunity to live in different countries: USA, Israel, New Zealand, Belgium and France. I began to document myself about everything related to modern management and organization methodologies. Until one day the book “The seven day weekend” by Ricardo Semler fell into my hands, which opened my eyes: a self-managed company is possible!
When I met, in 2003, the “Agile world”, which was taking its first strokes in the IT sector, almost no one was betting on it and no company used it. However, I started my Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence at CSIC, focusing on multi-agent systems.
Since then, my main contributions have been to improve the productivity of teams by developing state-of-the-art products and helping growing companies stay innovative. To achieve this I use Agile, Sociocracy and ORSC methods.
I long to create organizational environments where people feel fulfilled and develop their full potential to achieve impressive goals and successfully survive difficulties.
